Albania Dental & Aesthetic (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides general information and helps clients establish initial contact with independent partner clinics in Albania. Our introduction service ends once direct contact has been established. Medical services are managed by the selected clinic.
This Policy explains how we handle personal data received through albaniadentalaesthetic.com, enquiry forms, advertisements, telephone, email and WhatsApp. We are responsible for the data processing we carry out for our service.
Providing information is voluntary. Without the contact details needed for your request, we may be unable to reply or arrange the introduction.
A treatment enquiry can reveal information about your health, which receives additional protection under data-protection law. Please send medical records, scans and detailed clinical information directly to the selected clinic.
Where we process health information for an introduction, we rely on your explicit consent in addition to the applicable legal basis for processing personal data. This consent must specifically cover the health information and its intended use or sharing. Simply reading this Policy or requesting a callback does not provide that consent.
With your consent, we send the information needed for the introduction to the selected partner clinic. That clinic is separately responsible for its own communications, medical assessments and services, and provides its own privacy information.

Analytics and advertising providers may receive information as described below. Some external platforms also process information for their own purposes under their privacy policies.
We may disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where necessary and supported by an appropriate legal basis.

We handle rights requests within the deadlines required by applicable law. Under GDPR, the usual deadline is one month, with a permitted extension for complex or numerous requests. We will explain any such extension.
